Sears Update....

• They have now dropped to a -10 status with me. I still do not have hot water and they can't even say when I will. Nothing about this is acceptable.....they dished out a load of promises to my husband today, that they found it in stock at another location and they would have someone grab it today.....try again. No phone call....no hot water heater. I don't even want to call them about it, i will just raise my blood pressure....lol. Another trip to Nana's.......in search of water just a tad warmer than frigid.
