Aside from the hour and a half workout I just finished (Tried this AllStart WorkOut on Fit TV and it was dance day......I also realized after about 15 minutes I have no rhythm and dance like a white girl...ha ha ha....Haley found it to be pretty entertaining too.) and now procrastinating doing my bills and whatnot....I got a great quote this morning that I think I will take as my Mantra for at least today.....

So stop to smell the roses today people!!! Overused cliche I know....but it fits. I would love to hear what you see when you watch the trees sway in the wind, what shape you saw a cloud form into, or the little old lady that smiled at you for no reason and you couldn't help but smile back.......
